If your Windows 7 PC or Laptop is having problems starting up you may need to use the System Repair Disc to give Windows a 'Kick Start'. The System Repair Disc is not the same thing a System Recovery Disc that may or may not have been supplied with your PC or Laptop and you will need to create the disc yourself BEFORE you run into any problems starting Windows.
