If your anything like us - you find yourself using Remote Desktop more often than not.. It's easy, quick and most of all - from XP onwards - all versions of windows have it built-in. If your working with Servers or desktops alike from a remote location you'll often need to bring up task manager if a program hangs or explorer is unresponsive - if you were sitting in from of the machine you would usually use Ctrl Alt Del to do so. However this doesn't work over an RDP session.. Read on and discover how to bring it up.

WSUS on Windows SBS 2008 server can use a combination of Windows Internal Database and SQL Express. The susdb.mdf database can grow to be quite large and you may need to move it to a new location. follow the below steps to Stop the WSUS Service, Detach SUSDB from SQL Server then Move SUSDB.mdf and SUSDB_Log.ldf to the new location and finally Attach SUSDB to SQL Server again

The DataServiceComponents.Log in Windows Small Business Server 2008 is used to by Windows to log monitoring and reporting data - this log file has been known to accumulate well into the 10GB range over a period of time. It can be safely deleted to free up space on the local drive.

The Exchange 2007 self signs a certificate when the server role is first added for all the Exchange services that run in unison with IIS (smtp & OWA etc). The  certificate expires after one  year from the date the server was first installed or the date the certificate was assigned manually.
