If you ever have a problem with print jobs being stuck in Windows 7 - particularly when you are trying to delete a printer that is no longer available then follow these simple instructions...

Step 1: Make sure you are logged on with an account that has Administrator privileges. Click the Start button and type services.msc and hit Enter on your keybaord.

Step 2: Left click anywhere in the list of services, press P on your keyboard and locate the "Print Spooler" Service as shown below:

Delete Stuck Print Jobs

Step 3: Left Click the Print Spooler Service to highlight it then left click the Restart Service button: Restart Print Spooler

Step 4: The cancelled print jobs will disappear, and if you had attempted to remove the printer - you will need to do so again.
